Cancellation Policy
Your time is important, and so is mine. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer that time to another client who may need it.

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, a known infection, please cancel your session for the health and safety of everyone. Likewise, if severe weather conditions make travel unsafe, please prioritize your safety. I will always aim to provide the same courtesy if I need to reschedule due to illness or other emergencies. In these cases, fees for late cancellations are typically waived, handled on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrival Policy
Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for any necessary paperwork or intake discussions.
If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate you, but your session may need to end at the originally scheduled time to honor the next client's booking. Full service fees will apply, even if the session is shortened due to a late arrival.
In return, if I am ever delayed, I will make every effort to extend your session or adjust the fee as appropriate.
